One of the most popular of Hindu deities - Hanuman is the son of Vayu, the God of Wind and is looked upon by Hindus as the ultimate hero of the epic Ramayana famous for his loyalty and bravery and as one of the greatest devotees of Lord Rama, in other words the Vanara who aided Lord Rama in rescuing His Consort, Sita, from the Demon king, Ravana

Handcrafted in excellent quality brass, Hanuman with his typical ape like resemblance like Humanoids created by Brahma - Creator of the Universe and other gods to help Rama in battle against Ravana is sculpted seated in a Abhaya Mudra posture with his right hand facing upwards - A posture of fearlessness and Mala beads in his left hand. 

An image of his best friend, Lord Rama is emblazoned upon his heart.

Hanuman represents the figure of the ideal being, as he is humble yet brave. His physical prowess, mental discipline and spiritual purity have made him extremely popular as the provider of courage, hope, knowledge, intellect and devotion.

He is pictured as a robust monkey holding a mace or gada, which is a sign of bravery, and having a picture of Lord Rama tattooed on his chest, which is a sign of his devotion to Lord Rama.
