Pair Of 17 cm Tall Traditional Vintage Brass Glasses with Floral Engraving
Vintage North Indian brass lassi glasses or tall cups traditionally used by the people in Punjab for drinking lassi - A sweet yoghurt drink topped with thick layer of fresh cream or just milk.
Both glasses are beautifully hand engraved with floral motifs and the uniqueness of these glasses is that no two are the same with respect to their design and engraving.
Lassi is one of the most traditional refreshing drink of the Indian subcontinent especially during the harsh summer months and is basically a blend of fresh yogurt, water, ice and sugar topped with a thick layer of fresh cream and served chilled. Also served as a savoury drink seasoned with salt, fresh coriander or curry leaves and a pinch of roasted cumin.
Now being used as flower vases by most home decor enthusiasts.
