Majestic 33 cm tall brass sculpture of Lord Vishnu - One of the principal deities of Hinduism revered as the supreme being in Vaishnavism and worshipped for adopting various incarnations or avatars to preserve and protect Dharmic principles whenever the world is threatened with evil, chaos and destructive forces.
Handcrafted in brass by artisans of Tamil Nadu, South India, Lord Vishnu is seen standing on an intricately engraved pedestal in front of the magnificent prabhavali protected by the mythical yalis on either side, his four arms hold the sankha (a conch), chakra (discus), gada (mace) and padma (lotus) respectively.
Vishnu symbolises protection, peace and the dispelling of fear.
