Exquisite 27 cm tall brass dancing sculpture of "Natya Saraswati" - handcrafted with a beautiful dark patina finish using the century old method of metal casting by skilled artisans from the South of India. 

Indian Goddess of knowledge, music, art, wisdom and learning worshipped throughout India and also Nepal, Saraswati is a part of the trinity ( Tridevi) with Lakshmi and Parvati and as per hindu mythology, all the three forms help the trinity of  Gods Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva to create, maintain and regenerate-recycle the Universe respectively.

Goddess Saraswati remained significant as a goddess from the Vedic period through modern times of Hindu traditions and is celebrated in the form of the Indian festival of Vasant Panchami - The 5th day of spring, also known as Saraswati Puja and Saraswati Jayanti in so many parts of India.
