Exquisite brass urli / vessel standing on 3 filigree design legs, handcrafted by skilled artisans from the South of India with small brass bells known as ghungroos, traditionally kept at the entrance of your home for floating flower petals and candles which is a sign of welcome to all guests.
The Uruli has been a traditional cookware extensively used in South India, commonly made of clay, copper and bronze and the name Uruli derived from the Tamil word "Urulai" [உருளை] which means a round bowl. Urlis besides cooking were also used in Ayurvedha to make medicines.
Now used as decorative bowls to float flowers and candles as a daily ritual, during festivals and special occasions.
