Returns
Returns must be initiated within 1 week (7 days) of receiving the product by contacting us via email at theindianweave@gmail.com. A product is only eligible for a return/exchange if it is damaged on delivery. The Indian Weave will take the final call on whether an item will be eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once the returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded. Sale items cannot be returned/refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Only defective or damaged items may be exchanged. If the required piece is not available, we will exchange it for another item of your choice or refund you the total amount minus shipping. We do not accept returns on custom made. 

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning/exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping
Within India: Shipping for orders up to 5 kgs is free. We charge shipping on orders above 5 kgs. Shipping rates will be calculated on the check out page based on the location and total weight of the order. 
Outside India: Shipping rates will be calculated on the check out page based on the location and total weight of the order. 
Shipping Agents
We use India Post/ Speed Post/ other reputed courier services for all shipments. Shipping timelines vary according to the delivery address. 
Express Delivery
For Express delivery through DHL or FEDEX, kindly email us at theindianweave@gmail.com as additional charges may apply.
Responsibility of Parcels with Custom duty / Taxes / Customs
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The Indian Weave is not responsible for delays or parcels held back by Customs.
