Handcrafted in brass with a delicate rich brown and gold patina, this is a Bust of Gauri or Paravati - Goddess of love, fertility and sacrifice and holds great significance especially during the famous Gangaur festival soon after Holi - the festival of colours celebrated with great enthusiasm and affection for Gauri who is also the consort of Lord Shiva .
