Exquisite brass temple frame or Prabhavali - Halo of the Gods inspired by the temples of South India handcrafted with the Mythical Yali, worshippers on either side of the frame with intricately engraved temple pillars and the idol of the Hindu diety Deep Lakshmi - Goddess of light and prosperity.

Yali, also known as Vyala or Vidala is a mythical creature seen in most Hindu temples, often sculpted onto the pillars and portrayed as part lion, part elephant and part horse and similar shapes notably by Nayak rulers and  became prominent in the 16th century. 

This beautiful sculpture in brass has been mounted on a vibrant red coloured raw silk and framed inside a synthetic natural brown frame.

Use this art deco as a wall hanging to adorn any space in your home.
