Vintage Handcrafted Hammered Copper Water Vessel | Planter. Height 37 cm

Hammered copper vessel used for carrying water by tribals and local women handcrafted by the artisans residing on the borders of Nepal and India. 

The pot is crafted with a large round ring at the mouth of the vessel and traditionally hammered by hand with the help of a wooden hammer to create even indentations.

The engraved and exquisite floral leaf design below the mouth of the vessel, the smooth rounded hammered contours of the pot with a rich brown patina finish, makes this vessel a collectors item.

Use as a home art decor item or a planter for dry flower arrangements.

Height: 37 cm with the ring  with a circumference of 103 cm at the middle.

Diameter at the bottom of the vessel is 33 cm and 16.5 cm at the mouth.
