An exquisite pair of Heart shaped Vintage brass oil lamps hand crafted and engraved with the figures of Lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi by artisans from the state of Uttar Pradesh, Northern India.

Lakshmi is the Hindu goddess of wealth, fortune and prosperity. She is the wife and Shakti (Energy) of Lord Vishnu, one of the principal deities of Hinduism and the Supreme Being. Lakshmi is also considered a goddess of abundance and fortune and found represented on the oldest surviving stupas and cave temples of Buddhism.

Lord Ganesha or Elephant god is one of the most popular of the hindu deities and is the God of wisdom and knowledge, considered most auspicious for new beginnings and prosperity.

These lamps when lit with oil and wick highlight the beauty of the floral engravings on the diya and can also be hung on the wall with a hook provided on the back of each lamp.
